Office Hours
Monday Through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Team Meeting Days
We hold a Team meeting each Monday from 9:00-10:00 am and we do not take calls during that time. You may leave a message with a time to reach you.

Client Meeting Times
Client meetings are preferably held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Wednesdays are the overflow days and once a quarter we have Monday and Friday meeting days as well.

Scheduling Appointments
Normally, appointments will be booked two or more weeks from the date of request, unless a time sensitive Life Event warrants meeting sooner.

Appointment Length
We recommend that you allow two hours for your appointment, although most appointments may be shorter.

Scope of Services Provided
Gary P. Gardner, CFP® is not an accountant or an attorney and does not provide those services himself. We can, however, recommend service providers in the local area if needed.
